Other Details:
AT&T has an excellent support options for a VoIP Service Provider. A broad online knowledge base is also provided as well as email and phone support.
However, AT&T U-verse Voice may not function during electrical power outage. A battery back-up power is necessary for the Residential Gateway which is leased and already included in the calling plan price.
Furthermore, AT&T U-verse Voice may be incompatible with monitored home alarms and medical monitoring systems.
