VT Business Unlimited:
This business plan offers unlimited calling within USA and Canada along with a free fax line. Similar to all the other plans this is also available in 5 different packages starting with $42.95 for a 1-month subscription and the lowest being $35.95/month offered on a 24 months subscription.
Customer Service:
Customer Service is one of ViaTalk’s focal come-on. They pride themselves with an efficient customer service. They have customer support on the phone from eight in the morning to twelve midnight EST. They also have a 24/7 email support. Customer support agents are accessible compared to other VOIP service providers. The agents are very helpful but they have to work harder in the courtesy department. Their center is located in New York unlike most of the other providers who have outsourced their customer service.
Other Details:
A one-time activation fee is added above the monthly charges which is at $29.95. This may be waived for customers subscribing to twelve or twenty-four-month packages.
A cancellation fee depends on the package the customer has subscribed and the period consumed for the services. The balance amount is refunded to customers after cancellation fee is deducted.

I have been using viatalk for several months now and the only thing reliable is that the service is unreliable. After experiencing connectivity issues I emailed tech support in regards to my router options and specific settings. The reply email I received was just a canned response and had nothing to do with my original request. When I wrote that back I received another response that was very defensive trying to justify the original response. And again I wrote back thanking them for never reading my original email which still was not answered at that time. Stay away from this company.

ViaTalk has been great the first two months I have had them. I see a lot of older comments on various review sites about the poor call quality, but I haven’t had an issue. When I called sales they told me that they upgraded their service late last year and since then they have had very reliable service. I gave ViaTalk a try based on that conversation, and I have to admit that I have been very pleased. I would not hesitate to recommend their service to anyone based on the experience I have had. I will make sure to update the review if things change.
