They were one of the first one hundred commercially established broadband connection in the US in 1996.    

Voiceral has its own facilities like network, computers, infrastructure, fiber optic circuits and more.  Its customer service staff is also from the locality and not outsourced.  They are not reseller or middlemen for other telephone company.  In so doing, they can offer competitive rates without the additional outlay for their staff and infrastructure. 

Voiceral Communications has expanded and opened its door to the VoIP Services.  Its digital telephone services for both residential and commercial applications in the United States and Canada are slowly making its mark locally and nationwide.

Plans Offered

1. Annual Unlimited Plan $18.99 per month One-Time Annual Payment -The unlimited plan (paid annually) includes unlimited local and long distance calling to anywhere in the U.S. and Canada. 

2. Monthly Unlimited Plan $22.94 per month-The unlimited plan includes unlimited local and long distance calling to anywhere in the U.S. and Canada. 

3. 600 Minute Plan (Monthly) $14.99 per month-600 minutes of local and long distance calling to anywhere in the USA and Canada. 2¢ per minute for usage beyond 600 minutes.

4. Asia Plan (Monthly) $34.99 per month- The Asia plan includes unlimited local and long distance calling to anywhere in the U.S., Canada, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan. Calling to Taiwan does not include mobile phones. Calling to all countries does not include special services numbers.

5. Small Business Plan $45.99 per month- Unlimited local and long distance calling to anywhere in the USA and Canada for Businesses. $29 one-time setup fee plus $9.99 shipping and handling.

Customer Service

Their customer service staff  are not outsourced. They have contact numbers via telephone and VoIP for customer,  technical support and sales.  An email address and business office address are also provided. 

Others:

All plans have a one-time equipment purchase fee of $69.95.  This enables the customers to own the device. The customers are not required to return the device in order to avoid equipment charges for cancellation of their services. Their device are useable with any other digital telephone provider.
